BIOGRAPHY
Kevin G. Joseph joined Weber Wood Medinger (WWM) in 2017. He became a Vice President in 2018 and the firm's 6th Partner in their long 51 year history in 2020.
Kevin leads WWM’s technology initiatives and plays an integral part in the firm's Capital Markets Real Estate Practice negotiating complex sale leaseback/investment deals. His expertise includes, private equity services, family office advisory, acquisition, disposition and investment real estate.
During his first 5 years at WWM, Kevin has been directly involved and responsible for over $500,000,000 in aggregate financial transactions.
He became a member of the SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® (SIOR) in May of 2019 as a Member Associate. Prior to joining WWM, Kevin served as a Cybersecurity Executive and Strategist for IBM’s fortune 500 retail accounts throughout North America. He also managed and led IBM Security product specialist teams, subject matter experts, certified technical professionals and research advisors to help set a strategic vision and direction for his clients.
Kevin Joseph is currently on the advisory board of the Flyer Angel Investment Fund, a private equity fund at the University of Dayton. He is also on the junior board for the Greater Cleveland Film Commission and the Young Alumni Council at St. Ignatius High School. He is a senior contributor to securityintelligence.com, a thought leadership and technical expertise hub for executives. Kevin graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton’s School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with focuses in Entrepreneurship, Management and Finance. He is also a graduate of Cleveland St. Ignatius High School.
