Pittsburgh, PA (September 22, 2015) – Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International announced that Blair Wood, SIOR and Kevin Riley, CCIM, have completed five lease transactions on behalf of North American Dental Group, which does business with different brand names in different communities though they are all retail dental offices.
The leases in medical office buildings averaged 2,500 square feet per location and were for locations in Maumee, Kent, Medina, and Willoughby Hills, Ohio, while one of the leases was completed in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Medina deal was a new lease in a new facility. Refresh Dental (one of the aforementioned, different brands under the North American Dental Group umbrella) plans to take occupancy of the Medina location in the third quarter this year. The other transactions were renewals.
While the details of the leases could not be disclosed, the Weber Wood Medinger brokers representing North America Dental Group report that they negotiated an approximate 15 percent rent decrease in the four renewal transactions.
