Situation

Formerly known as the world’s largest shopping center, Randall Park Mall of Cleveland, OH has approached a new chapter in its history with purchase by an industrial developer.  Tearing down most of the mall, the developer seeks renewal of the area away from its retail origins with conversion to an industrial park.

 

 

Challenges

Form Tech Concrete Forms, Inc. was seeking to move its Cleveland operations to a new facility with enough secured outdoor storage.  Total space needed was 30,000-40,000 square feet.

 

 

Results

​

Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International was able to negotiate the lease for Form Tech to move into Randall Park Mall as one of the new development’s first industrial tenants.  Form Tech’s space requirements were met, and the new Cleveland facility will be more centrally located to Form Tech’s customers.
